One-time · Card or crypto · Instant activation. ## About polyrails polyrails is a non-custodial Python library for placing orders on Polymarket's CLOB V2, built to work around a specific problem: since the 2026 deposit-wallet migration, the official Python and Rust SDKs reject order placement from new accounts, a known issue open on py-clob-client-v2 since May. polyrails packages the working flow instead. A user connects with just a private key, and the library derives API credentials and binds the V2 deposit wallet automatically, with no dashboard setup or manual key generation required. It handles limit and market orders, order cancellation, open-order and balance queries, and basic market data such as midpoint, spread, and order book depth. The library is designed so the private key never leaves the user's process, and there is no polyrails server involved in order flow. It also supports optional builder attribution codes on orders, set to 0 basis points by default, which can be overridden or disabled entirely. polyrails is MIT licensed and free to use, installed via pip, and the maintainer states it has been validated against real on-chain fills before publishing.
